We offer a wide range of hardware maintenance support contracts. Each is tailored to your business, giving a guaranteed response time, whether for one PC/Workstation to a multi platform network. All covered under one contract, monitored, managed and administered efficiently. Using our service desk, technical support can be reported at any time during office hours, you will be given a response time as well as being kept informed of any progress. We can also offer loan equipment if necessary. For more serious faults we will repair hardware in our workshop. All our engineers are highly skilled technicians, who carry spares and parts to all onsite locations, helping to reduce downtime.
